Droppings Tray in black recycled plastic (ABS - the same material used for car bumpers). We use 2.5mm thick ABS, which make trays quite rigid and surprisingly tough.
This is a strong and lightweight tray that makes cleaning a really quick and simple task. We have two sizes of tray to fit our houses (the number of trays will vary by house type and size, so please ensure that you order the correct tray set for your house). Please note that the trays are not an exact fit in all of the houses, and there will be small gaps between the edges of the trays and the sides of the house. In the case of the House and Lodge Large, the gap is several centimetres.
Trays are easy to handle and make it simple to tip the droppings and shavings into your wheelbarrow.
The trays are approximately 25mm (one inch) deep, so hold a decent quantity of bedding, such as wood shavings. The surfaces are smooth and they have sloping sides, so they are easy to clean and can be stacked if required.

Good loose fit. Much easier to clean and disinfect and saves you having to stretch into the furthest corners. Because of the loose fit you do get bedding between trays which you need to clear at regular intervals or when you do a thorough clean. I have 2 green frog houses with trays and find them excellent.
A bit flimsy. Wish they were a bit thicker. (GFD - Sorry you aren't happy. They are made from ABS and are , if fact, very robust.)

Excellent trays , easy to empty and wash out. Sent for two more, so I have spare ones to use. Fit the Green Frog hen house that I purchased earlier in the year.
I don't know how I managed before without dropping trays for my coops... these are the second lot I've ordered from here and makes the job soooooooooo much easier, no more bad backs.. Only qualm is they don't fit snugly so poop and bedding can drop inbetween, but still a great buy.
I've decided to stick with using newspaper to line bottom of house - very easy just to change every 2 or 3 days. I knock off the solid stuff to go into the compost heap and dispose of the newspaper in the dustbin. I'll probably use the trays in the greenhouse!
Second set, useful for holidays when someone does the chicken clean for you, can leave it all prepped. Could do with being a bit more slippery really as the poo sticks a little. Always a little gap too at the edges when inside the house.
Super idea that makes an already simple job even simpler!
I'm very pleased with the trays as I think they'll make keeping the house clean much easier. However, they don't go quite up to the edges which would have been better (although I do appreciate that they need to fit several different sized houses).
Really easy to use and fit easily into the loft. Just trying out bedding material to find the most suitable.
