Delivery
We deliver to UK Mainland addresses only.
Orders will normally be delivered within 14 days. In the unlikely event of any delay, we will do our best to advise customers of the likely delivery date.
Product Availability and Specification
All orders are subject to availability. Should an item not be available in the colour requested, we may offer to supply the product in an alternative colour, but customers will have the right to decline and obtain a full refund, or await availability of the requested colour.
We reserve the right to change the specifications of products from time to time without notice. We reserve the right to deliver an improved specification product where such change does not significantly alter the product.
All sizes on the website are approximate, generally having been rounded up to the nearest centimetre.
Colours should not be relied upon as accurate representations, since colour reproduction varies significantly depending upon the computer display used to view the website.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary with each item, and are dependent on weight and the delivery method and priority chosen by the customer.
We use a courier service from Businesspost. Once the goods have shipped, we provide you with a tracking number so that you can trace the package on the Businesspost website (www.businesspost.biz) and contact Businesspost yourself in the unlikely event of a delivery not arriving as scheduled.
Prices and Orders
All transactions will be carried out in Pounds Sterling. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that will include Transaction and Order Reference numbers.
This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale'. Consequently, The Empire Farm reserves the right to decline any order.
Prices may be changed at any time without notice. We try to maintain accurate and up to date prices on the website at all times, but errors do sometimes occur. Consequently, we cannot accept any liability for errors or omissions, whether due to computer malfunction or human error.
The price you pay will be the actual product price when we accept your order. If we discover that an error has been made, we will inform you as soon as possible. You may then either confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel after payment has been made, we will issue a full refund.
Payment
We accept Credit Card and Debit Card payments via Worldpay. We accept the following cards: MasterCard / Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron / Visa Purchasing / JCB / Solo / Switch.
Goods ordered by cheque will not be shipped until funds have cleared in full.

Payment is processed through a Secure Order Processing page. Information you enter will be encrypted by 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption to protect personal information such as your name, address and credit card details.
Privacy Policy
The Empire Farm collects only the minimum payment and personal information required to process your order. We will not release your name, address, email address, card details or any other information to any outside party. We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information that you provide to us to any other companies, organisations or individuals.
Refunds, Returns and Cancellations
Under the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you may cancel an order for any reason within seven days of placing an order, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).
However, your satisfaction is really important to us, so all of our products come with a 28 day 'no quibble' guarantee. If you wish to cancel an order for any reason within this period, please call or email us immediately and we will arrange for a full refund.
We do reserve the right to request that the products are returned to us, in which case we will arrange for collection by a courier company free of charge. However, it will be your responsibility to ensure that the goods are re-packaged for return.
