We can program our computer controlled machinery to cut away the surface colour of the recycled plastic sheet in pretty much any pattern or shape desired. This allows us to customise products with text or graphics to customer specifications

If you have chosen to have a product customised, you need to tell us what design you would like. This can either be done by email or by filling in the “additional Information” box at checkout. We need the following information:

• Text required
• Logo required
• Positioning
• Font

For example, for a sign you might say “Text: Xanadu Farm, Chipping Netherwood. Font: Letter Gothic, Logo: Cow silhouette, Position: farm name top, logo middle, Town bottom” . Or you can send us an image, or simply call us to discuss your requirements and we’ll be happy to advise.

We will provide you with a proof of the design prior to production, and will not manufacture your product until we have received your approval. Please remember that, if a product is to be customised, delivery times will be extended.

There are a few simple rules/guidelines to remember:

• Keep wording to a minimum.
• Choose a simple image – that does not infringe copyright.
• Choose a common font.

We have access to a wide selection of fonts and graphic images, but if we have to source a font or image specially, there may be an additional charge. Any such charges will be discussed with you beforehand, and you will always have the option to cancel or amend your order if the design cannot be agreed. Of course, we do reserve the right to refuse customisation requests if they are inappropriate or unrealistic or for any other reason.
